Dave is an integral part of the team, as not only a manager but a mentor as well. He brings years of business experience with a concentration in real estate sales and management. While always keeping "the big picture" in mind, Dave plans for the future and always keeps us focused on our client’s needs and customer satisfaction while at the same time driving us to be the leaders in our field. Dave is retired from the Navy as Chief Recruiter for the Northeast.

Betty Henderson is the newest member of the Mary Ann Bechtel sales team. Betty brings to the team 16 years of experience in real estate and was formerly Broker-In-Charge and Owner of RE/MAX Real Estate Connection in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Her experience and positive attitude make her a pleasure to work with for for buyers and sellers.

Candace joined the team in early 2007 to lead our marketing efforts. She brings years of coastal real estate experience. Starting in 1996 as Marketing Assistant for Ocean Ridge Plantation®, she held that position for 3 years before moving on to become the Marketing Manager at Sea Trail Plantation where she spend many years. Candace knows the "in's-and-out's" of our local market as well as provides years of experience "selling" our area and our properties nationally.
