Example: We have bank owned lots in Ocean Ridge Plantation listed literally in the $120’s with golf views. Rivers Edge and Crow Creek are starting at under $100,000. This is HALF of what we were seeing just 18-24 months ago!
I know that in these tough times it is hard to appreciate this information but it is hard to ignore these low prices any longer. If our market is truly on an “upswing” that means prices will start to increase again. Don’t miss the bus!
