Whew! The past few weeks have been a whirlwind. I am happy to say that we are seeing real estate activity pick up in all areas but CONDO’S seem to be where it’s at! From beach and waterfront units to our golf communities: Crow Creek, Sea Trail and Sandpiper Bay… I am seeing showings, offers and closings on all of them! What great news this is for so many of us. I am just so excited!
It’s easy to see why so many would choose a condo. With amazing views, easy upkeep, amenities, affordability and the potential for rental income, you almost can’t go wrong. There are many great deals out there right now if you’ve been considering the possibilities.
Summer is almost over and if you haven’t had the chance yet I hope you will get to visit soon. It’s a beautiful time of year at the coast. See you soon!
